Reservation and Deposit
 The Customer can make a reservation online, by telephone or by any other means of communication approved by the service provider.
The minimum rental period is set at 24 hours.
The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date and time. Any delay in returning the vehicle will result in additional charges.
To confirm a reservation, the Customer may be required to pay a deposit in accordance with the rates and conditions agreed at the time of reservation. The amount of the deposit will be specified to the Customer at the time of booking.
The deposit amount may vary depending on the length of the rental, time of year and other specific factors.
The balance of payment, covering the total cost of the rental, including service charges and additional charges, will be due at the start of the rental or as agreed in writing between the parties.
If the deposit is not received within the allotted time, your reservation will not be validated. The vehicle or service you have reserved can then be allocated to another customer. It is essential to pay the deposit on time to secure your reservation.

Payment
The Customer agrees to pay rental fees, service fees, additional fees (car seat, travel outside of greater Conakry, Night Driver service, etc.) and the deposit in accordance with the rates agreed upon when booking.
Payment can be made in cash (local Guinean currency only) or by any other means of payment accepted by the Service Provider.

Cancellation and Modification
The tenant can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up date.
For any cancellation made less than 72 hours before the scheduled date, no refund will be made.
You can change your reservation by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Changes are subject to vehicle availability and may incur additional charges.
No refund will be made in the event of no-show at vehicle pick-up. Unused rental days due to no-show will not give rise to any refund.
No refund of remaining days applies in the event of early return of the vehicle.
AF Location reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation in the event of exceptional circumstances or if the customer violates these general conditions. In the event of termination, its right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Rental with Driver
Rental with driver is not subject to any special conditions.
The driver is included from 8am to 8pm. Beyond these hours, it is possible to take the Night Driver option for an additional fee.
The customer is under no circumstances authorised to use the vehicle without the presence of the driver. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, the contract will be immediately cancelled without the possibility of a refund, and any damage suffered by the vehicle will be fully charged to the customer.
You will not be liable if the damage is caused by our driver.
Travel outside Conakry must be specified before booking and may be subject to additional charges depending on the distance.
The service does not include the financial support of the driver's accommodation if he accompanies you outside Conakry where he lives. It is up to the customer to ensure that the driver has a private room to rest.
The Customer and his passengers must behave in a respectful manner towards the driver and the vehicle.
Any excessive damage or soiling will result in cleaning and/or repair costs.
AF Location Conakry will not be held responsible for any loss or indirect damage resulting from the use of the vehicle.

Rental without Driver
Rental without driver is only possible in Greater Conakry.
The renter must be at least 21 years old.
The renter must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
The rentert must have a valid passport that will be kept in a safe place and returned when the car returns.
A deposit is required for each driverless rental. The amount of the deposit depends on the type of vehicle rented.
Any excessive damage or soiling will result in cleaning and/or repair costs.
Travelling outside Conakry is only possible with a driver. A surcharge applies depending on the destination, and the driver's accommodation is the responsibility of the customer.
Some cars are only intended for use in Conakry.
The company reserves the right to accept or refuse a customer's driverless rental, even if the customer meets all the conditions stated. This decision may be based on additional criteria deemed necessary by the company to ensure safety and risk management.

Insurance
The vehicle is covered by civil liability insurance in accordance with current laws.

Fuel type
The vehicle is supplied with a quantity of fuel and must be returned with the same level of fuel. Otherwise, fuel charges will be applied.

Safety and Driving
The tenant must respect all safety measures and the highway code in force.
It is prohibited to smoke, drink alcohol, consume drugs or any other inappropriate or illegal behavior in the vehicle.
Any breach of these rules will not be the responsibility of the company.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through these websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

Applicable Law
The Service is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, with all faults and defects, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliates, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including any implied warranties of merchantability. , fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and such warranties as may arise from course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Company gives no warranty, makes no undertakings or makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, application, system or service, will operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standard or be error free, or that any error or defect can or will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations on statutory rights applicable to a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. But in such a case the exclusions and limitations set forth in this section shall be applied to the greatest extent possible under applicable law. The laws of the country, excluding its conflict of laws rules, govern these Terms and your use of the Service.
Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national or international laws.
Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of the Company under any provision of this Terms and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy resulting from the use or inability to use the service, third party software and/or hardware of third parties used with the Service, or in connection with any provision of these Terms), even if the Company has been informed of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In such states, each party's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If you have any problem or dispute regarding the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise that right or to require such performance at any time thereafter, and the waiver of a breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Termination Terms
AF Location Conakry reserves the right to terminate the rental contract at any time in the event of violation of the terms and conditions by the tenant.
Any dispute arising from this contract will be submitted to the competent courts of Conakry, Guinea.

Changes to terms and conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined in our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and

Use of your personal data
We use your personal data to provide our rental services to you and to determine whether we will be able to offer these services to you in the future.
